03/14/08 We presented to the Commissioners again and we believe it went very well. Although the Ordinance was not moved forward there was great information obtained and the process was furthered. We urge you to check it out and see the out come! This issue has now been moved to the state level; the Commissioners passed a motion to take this to the state Senate, in an existing bill, to ask that the Counties be taken out of the loop of IRS collections completely (Currently the bill is directed to contractor liens only). We were approached by the Counties Special attorney, Ms. Cook, to assist them in this process and have accepted.
After the elections, win or loose, we will proceed with taking this to the People in an initiative and get it on the ballot for a vote, IF this seems to be the most effective thing to do. There is alot to come so stay tuned...

We have created an Evidence Book, which we have officially presented to our county officials, thereby putting them on notice of the fraud and DUE PROCESS violations occurring under their administration. We are currently in the process of holding our County Recorder and Sheriff responsible for their actions and activities regarding these fraudulently filed Notices of Federal Tax Liens. We prepared and presented a proposed County Ordinance to our County Commissioners on Wednesday, November 7, 2007.
