Loma Wharton: I am a mother, grandmother and self-employed hairdresser. Growing up my WWII Veteran father kept telling me things about my government that didn't make sense to me so I decided I was going to prove this man with just a 6th grade education, wrong! I started on a journey that lead me to proving my dad RIGHT, instead. Actually my own investigation has led me to find that "business as usual" in my county government, allows county officials to take on personal and county liability for the Internal Revenue Service by participating in maramus (murder by suicide), extortion, blackmail, organized crime, and RICO. It starts with the County Recorder of Conveyance taking on the liability for the Internal Revenue Service by affixing the official recordation, stamp/seal, on a piece of paper, known as a "Notice of Federal Tax Lien" that the IRS claims is a debt owed by one of the people of the county. By doing so, the Recorder does not abide by her/his oath of office, and fiduciary responsibility to the people to protect and defend both Constitutions and the people's right to DUE PROCESS. Once the Recorder of Conveyance affixes his/her seal upon a Notice of Federal Tax lien document without all the elements to "PERFECT" the notice making the document an "ACTUAL LIEN", the Recorder of Conveyance violates Title 18, section 1017 and thereby commits SECURITIES FRAUD IN THE PROCESS. I'm fed up with the secrecy and dishonesty in our Clerk/Recorders office, ignorance of the law is no excuse, and we as a group are doing something about it.
